OTHER CMA TOOLS JUST AREN’T AS EFFECTIVE – I’VE TRIED THEM TOO
Yes, there are other CMA tools out there, and your MLS system may offer a couple of free CMA tools like "Quick CMA" or "Cloud CMA."
